We endeavour to process your order within one working day of receipt.  All items are then dispatched by carrier (or if appropriate 1st class Royal Mail)  In the case of special orders and items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivered date as soon as possible.  All goods are subject to availability and all deliver dates are approximate.

We will happily exchange or refund unused goods if they are returned with 21 days of purchase with a covering letter and proof of purchase - Please Note over the Christmas period this 'Returns Period' is extended by an additional 21 days.  Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.  When returning items you are responsible for carriage costs and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
