Cleaning Joules Wellington Boots:Wipe and dry naturally after use. Use only lukewarm, soapy water. Never use solvents to clean. Store in a cool, dry location and never store boots whilst damp. Avoid storage near sources of artificial heat or direct sunlight. Do not store folded or creased. Joules recommend using Rubber Boot cleaners to preserve the life of our Wellingtons. In certain environmental conditions, white marks may appear on Joules Wellington boots. This is not a defect but a release of protective wax that can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. If this does not remove these marks, then a suitable Rubber boot cleaning product should be used.

We will happily, with proof of purchase will offer a Full Refund, Exchange or Credit Note for goods (not including shipping) received back within 21 Days of purchase, for 21 Days thereafter a Credit Note or Exchange will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition, including any outer packaging of the product (eg. Wellington Box). When returning items you are responsible for carriage costs and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
