In the case of special orders and items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivered date as soon as possible. All goods are subject to availability and all deliver dates are approximate.
Please take into consideration when ordering from us, that we reserve the right to charge for any Re-Delivery attempts and Return to Sender charges.
We will happily, with proof of purchase offer a Full Refund, Exchange or Credit Note for all Non-Sale items (not including shipping) received back within 30 Days of purchase, for 30 Days thereafter a Credit Note or Exchange will be given.
All Sale items are strictly Refund, Exchange or Credit Note received back to us within 14 Days of Purchase, Regrettably All Sale items received after 14 Days of Purchase cannot be refunded and can be returned at Buyer's cost.
All Free Gifts / Promotions must also be returned if no longer applicable, non-receipt will result in a charge for the goods not returned.
Goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition, including any outer packaging of the product (eg. Wellington Box). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Free Returns are for All UK Non-Sale Items of £40.00 or More - This is provided by our Free Post Label - Which can be found in Your Account. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
